I have recently upgraded our Internet connection at home to 2MB, and it has been a disaster since. I guess my phone lines in the house are weak, Quality Net did do everything to insure that I can have 2MB connections by coming out to the main boxes at the avenue and at the M.O.C. and to no avail. Finally a technician made it out to the house to check the internal wiring and i guess i have to change all the phone wiring in the house. Help

The same happened to us only last week. The helpline told us they needed to send a technician to check the wiring too, claiming we needed to get things changed a little. However, no technician was sent. A phone call was made, and a few things adjusted, and there, it worked okay.
Getting the wiring around the house changed won’t be as tedious as it sounds; it doesn’t take very long.
